Never Received Product

I ordered this product as a Christmas present for my wife on November 1st. I paid and the order was confirmed, but it never shipped. I followed up with the team in December via email because there is no support phone number, with no response. I then followed up two more times via email and included the relevant information, but still received no response. I wish I could write a more positive review, but it is not looking likely now that it is February.
